Grace Church will hold a specially scheduled Church Conference on Wednesday, January 28^th at 7:30 pm, chaired by our District Superintendent, Rev. Sarah Schlieckert, to vote upon the facility renovation plans presented by our Stewardship of Resources Committee. The planned Facility Renovation has been affirmed already by the Stewardship of Resources Committee members, as well as approved by the Church Council.

This is the last, official step needed in the process as we undertake a renovation to improve the functionality, hospitality and easy of navigation of our building. Grace’s leadership thought we had completed this step with the Church Council vote but learned recently that the scope of our project necessitates a Church Conference vote. The renovation plans have been presented to the congregation previously. For those who wish to review them again, information pertaining to the plans and funding for the project can be found HERE.

This special church conference will be held by Zoom only. All professing members of the congregation are eligible to vote and will need to be able to appear on camera to be able to vote.
